Thanks so much to all those who have donated pieces of 100% cotton fabric for our baby quilts. We will continue to leave our basket-for-scraps at the Information Center. We have decided to meet on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10:00 a.m. in addition to our Wednesday nights at 6:30. March 3 was our first. Those who can’t make Wednesdays can join us on these Saturdays for fun, fellowship and to learn some new skills. (No experience required!)
Recently the PieceMaker's delivered a baby blanket to a new
young member of the congregation. Since January a total of 11 quilted baby
blankets have been sewn and presented in celebration of a new birth in our
church. We are blessed with such talented leaders--Karen Morey and Sue
Thomas--and with many willing hands to sew our quilts. All those interested in
learning new skills having fun and fellowship are welcome to join. We meet
Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. in Room 11 and the first Saturday of every month at
10:00 a.m. Stop by the Information Center to see our scrap book!
