Preparation for roll-out of information:
- Review
and modification of Minute for Mission script – all committee members
should stand at chancel steps at both services on Jan 22.
- Participants
at small-group meetings should sign-in with name and phone number if they
want further discussion/information, but comments should be recorded with
no names attached.
Review of “glitz” document
- Photos
still needed to illustrate several points on 3 pages:

for Building Improvements
- David
will assemble photos from Kirk, Mary Ann and his own
Review of draft script for presentations to small groups
- Needs
to be condensed and paraphrased for verbal delivery, but keep content
consistent
- Clarification
of historical sequence leading to this committee’s work
- Each
pair of presenters should have their own outline, plus paper and pencils to record
comments anonymously
- Possible
discussion questions:
- Which
of these needs do you identify with?

do you NOT identify with? Why?
- Are
you aware of other examples related to the needs described?
- Are
you aware of other needs of the church?
- Which
do you think are high priorities?
- Which
are low priorities, to address in the distant future or not at all?
