Committee members present: David Moore (moderator), Mary Ann Pederson (clerk), Paula Allen, Amy Boesen, Jean Brady, Chris Erickson, Doug Hartman, Larry Keating, Mac McCartney, Lloyd Meyer, John Morey

• Discussion on bullet-point summary of Case Statement for PCOC Expansion

See attached (actual attachment will follow when Larry has them tweaked to perfection!)

• Presentation piece for committee members to use when meeting with congregation’s various groups was tabled until next meeting. David will work on condensing it to 3 pages: space, accessibility/safety, existing building needs. A title for the presentation was suggested: “Cross Roads for Growth”

• Committee members prioritized their preferences of groups to visit with our

presentation/discussion . Paula and Jean will sort them and form assignments for next meeting.

Discussed inconclusively the details of announcement to congregation

· Minute for Mission – date?

· Announcement and photo of committee in Cross Currents – date?

· Meetings with groups – starting date?

Assignment for next meeting, Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2006: bring lead-in questions for group meetings.
